For more than 80 years, the Ziegelmundstückbau Braun GmbH company has been active in shaping for the ceramic industry. The skills and knowledge we have acquired during this time form a broad foundation for skilled customer advice, service and innovation options. The range of our products and our services is unique in the ceramic industry.
The major part of our extensive product range consists of dies (extrusion tools for the ceramic industry) and includes other moulds and tools for the extrusion of viscous masses. The area of ceramic extrusion moulds includes, due to the various different end products, several subcategories of die as follows: hollow bricks, facing bricks, roof tiles, shells, ceiling bricks, slabs, vitrified clay and technical ceramics (engineering ceramics). Because of our many years of experience with dies, we have a large amount of knowledge and skills available, which we offer our customers in the form of consultation. We also offer extrusion tools for working with concrete, of which a large part are tools for the production of concrete roofing tiles. A more recent branch is formed by casting tools, in particular aluminium casting tools, conceived, designed and produced by us. In addition, we offer our customers contract manufacturing in the following areas: flame cutting, turning, eroding, milling, grinding, welding and assembly.
