According to requirements (pressure die casting, sand casting, chill casting), different moulds are needed for the production of different moulded parts. The type of material cast (aluminium, magnesium, steel, etc.) is decisive in determining the design of the mould. Surface, firmness and working life of the mould all play an important part.

Translating the customers’ desires and visions into actual products is the challenge we face. Braun offers an entire range of products for pressure die casting. These include conception of the mould (multi-impression mould) and detailed designs. We would be happy to take over your CAD data (or those of your customers) and “mould” these in our CAD-System (Pro-E). The processing (milling, ram or wire-cut edm, grinding, turning, hardening, spotting) is carried out in a continuous process on our premises.
