The VARIO-TEC die consists of different assemblies and is available in a wide range of combinations. The core bar assembly is the heart of the die and is manufactured as a welded construction. Its design is unique and individually defined for each customer. This component is subject to very high wear. In our in-house hard-chrome plating facility, we can apply the necessary wear protection to this component.

The internal shape of the brick is produced by forming elements, the cores. The cores are therefore a very important component for the quality and feasibility of the bricks. ZMB BRAUN has many years of experience in metalworking and in handling a wide range of materials, including ceramic and cemented carbide.
