Good news from Ravensburg: The restart of ZMB BRAUN GmbH is officially secured.

With the decision of the district court of Ravensburg on November 15, 2024, the insolvency proceedings were repealed after the legally binding confirmation of the insolvency plan. This successfully completes the restructuring of our company.

Insolvency plan unanimously accepted – restructuring successfully completed

On September 30, 2024, the creditors unanimously accepted the insolvency plan presented by ZMB BRAUN GmbH. This plan provides for the preservation of the company and the continuation of business operations. The company’s customers and suppliers have supported the continuation solution and continue to express their full confidence in ZMB BRAUN GmbH. The shareholder structure also remains unchanged.

The products of August Kampen GmbH in Bad Salzuflen will be manufactured at the production site of ZMB BRAUN GmbH in Friedrichshafen and at the HÄNDLE headquarters in Mühlacker from July 1, 2024.
